What we do
We look at how equipment leaves your organisation today: who decides, where it goes, and what gets lost along the way. Then we help you arrive at one streamlined process every department can follow, built on what you already run, so more of it is reused instead of thrown away.
We usually start with IT equipment. The same approach works for furniture, lab equipment and anything else that leaves service.
